1. General Policy Overview
At Beepolar Shop, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and refunds under the following conditions. This policy applies to all purchases made on our website for delivery within the European Union (EU), the United States (USA), and the United Kingdom (UK).

2. Right of Withdrawal for EU and UK Customers
2.1. Legal Right to Cancel
If you are a customer residing in the EU or the UK, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason. This is in accordance with EU consumer protection laws and UK consumer rights regulations.
To exercise your right of withdrawal:
- You must notify us in writing (via email or our online return request form) within 14 days from the day you receive your order.
- After notifying us, you must return the item(s) within 14 days.
- We will issue a full refund, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s).
2.2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Certain items cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal, including:
- Personalized, customized, or made-to-order items.
- Hygiene-sensitive products such as undergarments, swimwear, earrings, and cosmetic products.
- Perishable goods (e.g., dietary supplements, food items).
- Gift cards and digital goods.
- Products that have been used, worn, washed, or altered.
3. Returns and Exchanges
3.1. General Return Policy
Regardless of legal withdrawal rights, we allow returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery (for US customers, see section 4.1).
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.
3.2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return:

- Wait for approval and follow the instructions provided.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging.
- Ship the package to the return address provided (Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect).
- Keep your tracking number for reference.
Note: We do not accept unauthorized returns. Please ensure you receive an approval before sending the item back.
4. Refunds
4.1. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
4.2. Partial Refunds
We may issue a partial refund if:
- The item has been used, worn, or damaged by the customer.
- The return is requested after the official return period.
- The packaging or tags are missing.
4.3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card provider (it may take time before the refund is officially posted).

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange for size, color, or another variant, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
For defective or incorrect items:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide clear photos showing the issue.
- We will provide a free replacement or refund.
6. International Returns (Outside the EU, UK & USA)
- Customers outside the EU, UK, and USA must cover return shipping costs.
- Refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days after the returned item is received.
- Customs fees and duties are non-refundable.
7. Non-Delivery, Lost, or Stolen Packages
- If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at info@beepolarshop.com.
- If a package is lost or stolen after delivery, we are not responsible, but we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
- If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.
8. Return Shipping Costs & Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping the tracking number.
Restocking Fee: For returns of non-defective products, we reserve the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 20%.
